1. Website Terms of Use

Access to and use of DirSkillPulse.com are governed by these terms. By browsing our site, you unconditionally accept them.

2. Sales Terms

DirSkillPulse provides customized executive training services tailored to directors’ needs in Switzerland.

Quotations are complimentary and valid for 15 days. Orders are binding after written confirmation and partial or full payment as outlined.

3. Payment Conditions

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card via our secure system.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due upon service delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our executive programs, once a service has started or been scheduled, no refunds can be issued, in line with Swiss consumer protection laws.

If cancelled before commencement, the following applies:

Cancellation over 14 days in advance: 80% of deposit is refunded.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before: No refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

DirSkillPulse is not liable for delays or errors caused by third parties or events beyond our control. Our guidance is based on provided data and prevailing laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (text, branding, visuals) belongs exclusively to DirSkillPulse. Use or duplication without prior written consent is forbidden.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes will first seek amicable resolution. Failing agreement, only the courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
